We call her the beginning of an entirely new yacht classification. The boating press agreed. We declared that she would be the epitome of comfortable offshore living – a yacht whose beam, stability, seaworthiness, extraordinary amenities, and thorough-going comfort would change people’s attitudes toward long-range cruising. It did. We claimed that, while she was not a sportfisherman, the 65 Odyssey had the diesel speed and agile performance of a Super Sport. Her new owners confirmed it. And we promised that the 65 Odyssey was just the beginning. We’ve kept our word.
